Adding coconut yogurt to smoothies will give a crazy boost of probiotics, which is a great digestive boost that’ll keep your good bacteria balanced. Blueberries are sweet lil balls bursting with antioxidants that work to neutralize free radicals.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen

½ cup coconut yogurt (see page 384)

1 frozen banana

2 to 4 pitted dates, soaked (optional, for added sweetness)

Handful of ice, if not using frozen fruit

DIRECTIONS:

Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
